Bounce Trampolines: Bounce Your Health Up!

Bounce trampolines are strong canvas sheets fixed to a metallic frame which are used for exercises and for tumbling. People generally bounce off on the canvas sheets either for exercise or for a show.

Man wanted to fly; he has always believed that the exhilaration one would feel while in flight can never be replicated. That is believed to be the point of no return. While aero planes do exist, it still does not beat the sheer ecstasy of raw flight, with your body suspended in naked space, arms flailing about trying to find those invisible support systems. Aero planes might not be the perfect answer because you still sit like you do in your living room. However, trampolines are the perfect answer for taking flight, inspite of the fact that you may not be air-borne for hours, you would feel the ecstasy in that moment of flight your body takes, when bounced of the trampoline canvas. That more than beats planes hands-down. To top it up, they provide for a fabulous exercise and a great sport to boot.

Bouncing off on a trampoline, the bobbing up and down motion of your body stimulates your immune system and pumps up the lymphatic liquid and circulates it properly. Cancer & Aids patients and others suffering from suppressed immune system are advised to have momentary shots at bouncing off trampolines. Every time you reach the summit of your bounce upwards, your body experiences a moment of weightlessness and then again when you reach the bottom of your climb, that is, when you hit the canvas preparing for another bounce, your body experiences extreme gravitational forces almost twice to thrice times than normal gravitational pull. These forces tend to stress each and every cell in your body, thereby strengthen some of those areas of your body you weren't even aware of.

Studies have shown that bouncing off a trampoline can also strengthen the bones in your body. Weightless and lack of gravitational pull (especially experienced by astronauts) have caused bone atrophy and weakening. Since bouncing on a rebounder subjects your body to extreme opposing weightlessness but much more severe gravitation pull on your way down towards the canvas, bones are inevitably reinforced.

Rebounding on a trampoline can be fun and also can be of immense value with regards to health, apart from that if you had always fantasized about flying solo, actually experiencing gravitational pulls and ecstatic suspension in mid air, maybe it's time you looked to buy a trampoline for yourself.
